The Pavillion on Gessner is located at 2500 North Gessner
between Hammerly and Kempwood just off Sam Houston Tollway. The
building can be rented in its entirety with a capacity to comfortably
seat 600 guests. For smaller events, the facility can be divided
into three individual ballrooms, offering separate entrances and
exits. The Main Ballroom allows for a seated capacity of 300 guests.
The West Ballroom seats 175 guests, and the East Ballroom seats
100. In addition to complete privacy, each room has a full bar
and restrooms. |

The Pavillion on Gessner basic
rental includes the use of the ballroom for up to four hours
of event time and three hours to decorate. We provide round
tables that seat eight padded chairs, buffet table, bridal
cake table, guest registry table, and a gift table. Tables
are dressed with white table linens and skirting. Rental
also includes a built-in dance floor, a covered circular
driveway designed for convenient entrance to the ballrooms,
and lighted on-sight parking. We are one of the few facilities
that allow you to bring in your own alcohol and caterer.

The Pavillion on Gessner is
a special place, suitable for conservative business functions,
elegant receptions and galas, or a casual outdoor gathering
on the beautiful patio. |
